2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the App, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of the App

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Pippin AI offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
- Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, subject to applicable App Store policies.
5. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:
- These Terms are concluded between you and us, not Apple. We are solely responsible for the App.
- Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality in the App—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of Pippin AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pippin AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
